  I made the big mistake of sending a package thru ups for next day air which cost me 73 dollars for a package that was not big, however my wife was in fort Lee and needed it for her competition. I was assured it would get there in time. This was done on March 12 and of course it didn’t make it in time sine then I’ve been trying for almost a month to get a refund from ups. The assistant manager in Evans mill is beyond rude I’ve called up there 3 times and have been there twice. First she had to call corporate ok that’s fine. Then it was well we haven’t spoken to corporate yet so i don’t know what you want me to tell you. Then i went up there and was told she doesn’t work on weekends. To top it off no one knows the code to get a refund omg the level of frustration i have with ups is beyond belief. Now it’s April 3 almost a month to since this has happened and still no answers all they keep doing is taking my phone number and making copies of the receipt. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will i use them to send another package anywhere
